A Thanksgiving Message Besides the big, life shaping things like family, health and living in the beautiful wine country, I am often struck by how many fleeting moments I have to be thankful for, like buttered sourdough toast with my morning tea in the morning, or the up-on-hind-legs the way my yorkie dog Bitsy greets me when I arrive home each evening, or even the soft familiarity of my pillow after coming back from a business trip. Life is a constant stream of blessings that even includes the chance and power to overcome our setbacks.
